Workshop - Hose Reel Applications

Poor hose management on reciprocating or moving machinery can result in premature rupture of hoses through wear, abrasion, kinking, being caught in the machine or passing in-house traffic.

Irrespective of cause, the result is the same - increased maintenance costs through machine down time, cost of repairs, and consequential damage.

Hoses lying around shop floors or hanging from ceilings are potential problems affecting maintenance costs and creating a potentially unsafe area.

JSG can supply hose reels that can handle hose from 6mm to 100mm diameter, 7 to 400 metres long.

Suitable for service trucks, washdown, workshops, fire, refueling, painting, welding and general industry applications. Designed for air, water, oil, grease, paint, gases, hydraulic oils, breathing, etc., meeting the requirements of any modern workshop.
