Automatic Exhaust Extraction
The automatic system is designed to efficiently extract and discharge exhaust fumes produced by vehicles moving along test lines. The system automatically releases the connector at the end of the line and returns the trolley to its home position. The trolley is moved by a retriever which uses a steel cable to return it to its home position.
Various micro switches are installed along the duct which, when the trolley touches them, activates the following automatic functions: switching the fan on and off, recovery of the trolley at the end of the line and a safety system.
The automatic system also comprises a standard electrical panel for powering all the installed components (fan, trolley retriever and micro switches).
The automatic system exploits "inverter" technology in order to vary the factory-set return speed of the trolley depending on the length of the line. The system is fitted with a standard push button panel and a remote control strip for commanding and controlling all functions (especially the safety features).
The system is available in 8m, 12m and 16m configurations.
Semi-Automatic Exhaust Extraction
The semi-automatic system is designed to efficiently extract and discharge the exhaust fumes produced by vehicles moving alone test line and is available in three standard versions with various duct lengths and fan power.
