Lincoln Spray & Chain Lubrication Systems
Spray lubrication systems are used to lubricate the drive faces on open gears or drive pinions. They can be either airless or use compressed air to spray the lubricant delivered by the pump on parts sliding against one another or rolling across one another.
Lincoln Orsco's Series 170 is a true innovation in Chain Pin Lubrication. By incorporating the design solution for the continuous lubrication of ultra high speed spindle bearings, a breakthrough has been achieved in the proper lubrication of critical chains.
Non-misted, air brush delivery of lubricant is achieved by combining positive displacement injectors with precision engineered spray nozzles. The non contact nozzles will meter consistent quantities of fluid and place the fluid precisely where it's needed.
Exceptional performance is achieved in critical applications where cleanliness is a must.
