The Pressureless Fastfill Shut-Off System
With a continuing trend towards the fitting of lightweight and plastic diesel tanks comes the heightened possibility of pressure damage. JSG has acted to eliminate this problem by introducing a system which does not rely on tank pressure to shut off the diesel flow and, as a result, one that can be used on thin metal and moulded plastic tanks where pressurized systems would otherwise distort or damage the diesel tank.
System Operation
The simple operation of the Fast Fill Pressureless System sees a signal sent to the INLET shut-off valve to close once the tank is full, indicated by a signal sent by a vent/float assembly, thereby eliminating any overfilling problems. With ease of installation or retrofit to most existing diesel tank configurations, the pressureless system provides another reason to consider the Fast Fill Systems range from JSG Industrial Systems.

. Once the Inlet Valve closes, the diesel nozzle automatically turns off. Overriding the diesel nozzle will not allow any additional diesel to enter the tank that could result in tank damage or diesel spill.

. Threads directly into an existing 2" NPT x ½ socket fitted to a standard pressurised diesel tank installation or a recessed bell housing adaptor or an existing flange mount with a 2" NPT full socket

Standard Model - 28-PLA150-STD Pressureless System
An adaptable pressureless shut off system suitable for applications where there is an existing bolt-on bell housing prefitted to the diesel tank or where an existing pressure system has a recessed flange mount fitted to the diesel tank. Applications include Bell Housing, Remote Receiver, Pontoon, Lighting Plant, Gen Set Mount and Custom Mount for specific applications. Any mounting flange / mounting adaptor will require a 2" NPT socket to assemble this unit. Flanges are not included and must be ordered separately.
Micro Model 28-PLA150-MIC - Pressureless System
The Micro pressureless shut off system is suitable for retrofitting to any existing pressurised diesel in-tank shut off system where there are 2 x 2" NPT x ½ sockets fitted to the diesel tank.
Remote Model 28-PLA150-MAR - Pressureless System
A micro pressureless shut off system is suitable for retrofitting to any existing pressurised diesel in-tank shut off system which has a 2" NPT remote receiver connection.
