Portable Cleaners
The range of portable cleaners available from JSG are particularly suitable for use in companies where welding operations are carried out sporadically and which usually produce low concentrations of fumes. These cleaners are perfect for those users who, for reasons dictated by their activity, carry out welding operations at third party facilities where a portable cleaner is a primary requirement. Following the issue of the latest standards, this type of cleaner can be used to purify welding fumes in car repair shops.
Portable fan versions are also available and are particularly useful for extracting fumes from areas that cannot be reached with traditional systems.
The portable fan model available is a directly connected single-intake reverse-blade centrifugal fan made from painted sheet metal. It is mounted on a trolley and supplied with a circuit breaker, brackets for storing the cable, wheels and a handle for transport. Hosing is attached to the fan intake in order to reach the work area. Either a simple safety grille or hosing is attached to the fan outlet to expel the fumes. The system does not include filters. Supplied standard with intake cone and outlet hopper.
