Trolley Mounted Cleaners
The trolley-mounted cleaners available from JSG include both mechanical and electrostatic versions, designed specifically to extract and filter welding fumes from heavy industrial applications to smaller, more sporadic use applications.
The mechanical cleaner range comprises several models and includes:
1. Sturdy frames made from painted sheet steel with appropriately sized wheels.
2. Fan assembly with reverse blade centrifugal impeller.
3. Filtering section located on the sides of the equipment provides remarkably compact and wide filtering surfaces. Contains fabric and activated carbon filters with different layouts depending on the version.
4. Electrical control panels complete with hour counter, circuit breaker, trip switch and double motor speed control.
5. Articulated arm (where present).
The trolley-mounted and wall-mounted electrostatic cleaners comprise:
1. Sturdy frames made from painted sheet metal. The trolley-mounted version is fitted with appropriately-sized wheels while the wall-mounted version is supplied with a sturdy wall bracket.
2. Centrifugal electric fan with forward-blade impeller (three-phase 400V 50Hz standard version).
3. Electrical control panel (in the wall-mounted version, it is fitted with a push button strip for switching the machine on and off).
4. Self-supporting articulated arm for the trolley-mounted version and wall-mounted version (where required; only on certain models).
