REV A - Automatic Exhaust Extraction
The REV AUTO automatic system was especially designed to efficiently extract and discharge the exhaust fumes produced by vehicles moving along test lines.
The REV AUTO system automatically releases the connector at the end of the line and automatically returns the trolley to its home position. The trolley is moved by a retriever which uses a steel cable to return it to its home position.
Various micro switches are installed along the duct which, when the trolley touches them, activate the following automatic functions: switching the fan on and off, recovery of the trolley at the end of the line and a safety system.
The REV AUTO system also comprises a standard electrical fan for powering all the installed components (fan, trolley retriever and micro switches).
REV AUTO exploits "inverter" technology in order to vary the factory-set return speed of the trolley depending on the length of the line. REV AUTO is fitted with a standard push button panel and a remote control strip for commanding and controlling all functions (especially the safety features). REV AUTO is available in the following versions:
1. REV AUTO 8 for 8 m
2. REV AUTO 12 for 12 m
3. REV AUTO 16 for 16 m
