Fixed Dust Extraction
The fixed unit dust extractor fan is suitable for extracting and filtering dry dust deriving from sanding, smoothing, cleaning and grinding processes. It is therefore particularly suited to applications including car body shops, industries and workshops (eg: goldsmiths) where these operations are carried out. The dust is either removed with pneumatic or electrical extractors or via an extraction arm (and accessories) connected directly to the machine.
The standard dust extraction unit features:
Sound-proofed bearing structure completely made from painted steel.
Extractor fan section working in depression, complete with silencer (only in 400V 3P 50Hz version)
Dust separator complete with cartridge filter and fan safety filter
Compressed air cleaning equipment with timer and compressed air storage tank
Electrical control panel built to CEI standards
Snap-on compressed air connector
Reducer with pressure gauge for powering tools
Reducer with pressure gauge for filling the compressed air tank
Hose coupling
Compressed air hose coupling
Manual condensate drain
Fan safety valve
Dust collector bin
Remote control unit for starting the machine
