Electronic Lubrication System Controllers
JSG Industrial Systems offers a comprehensive range of electronic lubrication system controllers specifically designed to manage the lubrication cycle of the JSG range of single line parallel, single line progressive and dual line lubrication systems. JSG has also recently added the new AUTOFILL automatic grease shutoff controller system to compliment this range.

The G2 and Lubrication Management Controller units are both extremely compact and very light weight, incorporate robust vibration resistant electronic boards and include features such as symmetric pulsing, data logging and information transfer via GSM. These controllers are easy to install and program and are cost competitive.
The G2 Controller is economical and suitable for single line parallel systems.
The AUTOFILL grease system incorporates wireless operation via two similarly robust, IP65-rated controller units. This system provides automatic shut-off once the grease tank is full.
