Heavy Equipment System - Cylinder Assembly
Cylinder Assembly Features:
. Cylinders are manufactured in heavy gauge steel and externally powder coated.
. Foam acts as an anti rust agent within the cylinder therefore preventing internal rusting.
. Each cylinder contains a filter port with filler plug and seal. The filler plug contains a Schrader valve for charging the pressure.
. Each cylinder is also fitted with a safety relief valve.
. Cylinder assemblies use flexible pick-up hose tubes to allow the cylinders to be mounted either vertically or horizontally.
. Welded carbon steel cylinder brackets are available and have been designed to integrate with the cylinder to minimize space usage. The base plate has been designed to be no wider than the cylinder itself.
. Vibration eliminators are also available for applications where cylinder assemblies are subject to continuous movement or vibration.
. Optional weld mounting is available for ease of installation
