After Sales Service, Repairs and Support
From the initial purchase, all JSG Industrial Systems' product is warranted for one year (refer to the JSG Industrial Systems' Warranty Policy for details.)
If there are any issues during this period either JSG Industrial Systems or one of our locally skilled distributors will attend to the problem immediately.
After the sale and the warranty period JSG Industrial Systems' support does not stop there. JSG Industrial Systems or one of our locally skilled distributors will be promptly available to attend to your needs to ensure that your equipment experiences minimum downtime.
For any repair work carried out by JSG Industrial Systems various warranties on the parts and labour are offered. To support the quality of service work carried out by JSG Industrial Systems, we provide a full twelve months warranty on all total rebuild of product.
