Articulated Arms & Controls
Articulated arms and controls for these arms are available for use in car body shops and garages in order to reach workstations without creating obstacles on the floor. The unit is made from aluminium and available with a 6 metre reach. The arm comprises two joints, the first on the bracket swivels by 180°, while the central joint rotates by 360°.
A satellite control unit has been designed as an essential accessory for the arm as it contains the electrical and pneumatic power connections required to operate the tools in an extremely compact space. The satellite control units are supplied standard with:
Pressure adjustment filter
Pressure gauge
Lubricator
General valve for compressed air line
Snap-on compressed air couplings for tools
Swivel intake mouths for ø=29 mm hose connector complete with damper.
Cental intake mouth with cap for ø=50 mm hose connector in order to clean the work area at the end of the day
230/400V power sockets protected to IP 65
Tool holder supports
Remote control unit holder for switching on and off the machine.
