JSG Industrial Systems’ is proud to announce the recent introduction of the new PMV range of grease and oil pumps from Lincoln Industrial.
The PMV pump range is based on Lincoln’s proven PowerMaster III air logic pump technology, incorporating a simple, modular, design concept comprising only a few moving parts. Effectively, this means quick, easy and low cost maintenance. Available in either 3” or 4.25” air motor versions, the PMV pump range fills a gap in output and price that currently spans the Lincoln industrial and the Lincoln vehicle service pumps.
The range includes 5:1, 6:1 and 10:1 oil pumps and a 50:1 grease pump.
Other features include:
Runs in contaminated air – airline filters that have not been drained will not affect the air motor’s performance.
No springs, rods, levers or slides – fewer parts to wear out thereby increasing durability and reducing repair or maintenance costs.
Precision-machined parts made with durable materials – allows for a longer pump life, exceptional performance and low maintenance costs.
Runs without external lubrication – airline lubricator is not required – reduces cost of ownership.
One piece cylinder casting containing all ports and passages – simplifies repairs.
